"+ Very clean, well organized, quite area, spacious, easy to get to from station, no security issue, nice kitchen features, fast communication - AC was not working for the whole 3 nights when it is 36C sunny and humid outside. Host kept on mentioning the guy is coming tomorrow morning, this afternoon, tomorrow morning… and it never happened. Whether or not it was true, the host should have offered an alternative option. I was offered with a small money compensation (50 out of over 600 payment),...

"Great apartment but the building is undergoing some massive renovation and there was a lot of noise during the day and construction scaffolds everywhere. Both balconies in the apartment had scaffolding out front so we couldn’t use them and had to keep the windows closed. The area isn’t great, typical university type vibe. Didn’t feel unsafe at all, but lots of graffiti. If we go back I’d probably choose a place closer to piazza maggiorie. "
