Palazzo Failla
4.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (154)
"Staff were very helpful in parking our car and showing us to our room. But the room was dark, the bed was the hardest I’ve ever slept on, and the wifi was connected but exceptionally weak. And road noise on first floor was significant. "
Palazzo Failla
Modica Palace Hotel
4.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (165)
"Front desk staff was responsive. Restaurant food just ok. Pool area/garden and outdoor dining area nice. Approach from an industrialized setting in the modern (not old) Modica). Beds and pillows too hard. A/C never got cool enough on a hot (94F day). Needs better maintenance, dead plants on our balcony, carpet sometimes threadbare, some walls in our room needed painting,"

Modica Palace Hotel
18th Century Home with Captivating Charm in Historic Centre of Town
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (46)
"My wife and I enjoyed our month long stay. Perfect location for us, and we loved Modica and it's surroundings. There's no shortage of thing do do and see. The history is unparalleled, the food is to die for, and there's always the Mediterranean... That said, be sure it's what your looking for, there's many stairs, the driving and parking can be a real challenge, especially in the medieval centers. For us though, it was the trip of a lifetime."

Casa Ciomod
8.2 out of 10, Very good, (25)
"The hotel is a sympathetically converted stone villa with a contrasting, very modern, glass restaurant, heated by a wood burning stove, set in the grounds. We ate both a main meal and pizzas in the restaurant and very much enjoyed both. There are very many good restaurants to choose from nearby, yet we noted Italians, who were not staying at the hotel, chose to eat there. We stayed seven days in the best suite, a bedroom and sitting room furnished with antique Italian furniture, including a...

"This apartment has everything going for it! It is newly renovated, very clean, and located in the heart of the charming baroque city of Modica. Our checkin and out process was seamless and easy. There are many nice restaurants serving delicious food only a short walk away. The baroque architecture is stunning !
