"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was great. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We loved our room since it had a beautiful view of the city and lake. It had a kitchen with a full size fridge, but unfortunately pots, pans and utensils were not included. We highly recommend this hotel, and whenever we are in Lugano we will definitely stay here. Our kids enjoyed themselves as well. Thank you for a wonderful, and pleasant stay! Arrivederci. "

"Our stay at the Villa Clementina was spectacular. This villa is owned by the sweetest family (Barbara and Remo). When staying here we felt as though we were apart of the family. The staff is wonderful (especially Orietta, Anisa, Roberta, and Colin). Mery and Gheeta did a fabulous job at keeping our rooms tidy and were very friendly. Everyone was attentive, warm, and open. "The staff were great and the hotel has big rooms! The only thing is that the prices for a water (CHF 4) AND breakfast (CHF 35/person) are way expensive. You better eat somewhere else. ;)"
