Enjoy a family stay in this comfortable apartment with a superb sea view, located in Menton, a charming town in the south of France.

With its 60 m² of surface area, this apartment is spacious and offers all the necessary comfort for successful holidays. It is located in the center of Menton, at the foot of shops, beaches, and transportation.

It has two bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other with two single beds, allowing accommodation for up to 6 people with the sofa bed. You will also find a bathroom with toilet + a separate toilet, ensuring optimal privacy and comfort for all family members.

The American kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, will allow you to prepare delicious family meals. The living room, for its part, has a double sofa bed and a flat screen with satellite TV, for moments of relaxation.

The apartment also features a private terrace with a sea view, perfect for enjoying the sun and the mild Mediterranean climate. You can also access the nearby beach (Casino beach in front of the accommodation, Sablettes beach five minutes away).

Ideally located, the apartment is just a few steps away from the main points of interest (Old Town, Casino and Biovès Gardens, market...) in Menton. You will also be able to walk through the picturesque streets of the city and discover its charms.
