"The saving grace of the property was the young French lad who arrived in the morning. I don’t think it was even his day to work, but he came anyway. It is such a shame because the location was awesome. There’s so much potential here but the owner isn’t interested in bringing it up to standard. The room was okay, no bed bugs. But the rest of the place was dirty and woeful. They need to upgrade it to be worthy of customers. "

"What a find! The owners have combined their family heirlooms with modern facilities most charmingly in their farmhouse. Beautiful gardens and thoughtfully arranged outdoor spaces. A most sympathetic and friendly hostess. Our evening meal was home cooked with vegetables and fruit from their potager. This will be our default stopover and we fully intend to stay a few nights and explore the area by bicycle in the future."

"The only good thing about this hotel is that is conveniently located. We travelled as a family and booked two rooms late check-in went smoothly. We were shocked to find there were communal showers and toilets did not feel safe and the Rhoomes were smelly and quite dirty. The mattress was uncomfortable and the sheets did not feel particularly clean and were very itchy. One room has marks on the ceiling the other had graffiti on the walls and television screen."
