"Great location in Manarola - far enough up the street so that few tourists pass by. Balcony was wonderful in the mornings. Check-in/check-out was easy. Internet only worked upstairs, the only small TV was downstairs in the bedroom, and we really wished the bed was softer (hard compared to US rentals). The only issue I had with this apartment was the check in process. "Apartment was perfectly located in old Monterosso. This village was the best for us. Very coean. Great vibe. Church bells ringing was lovely. We visited the convent, hit the beach and ate great meals. Apartment owners were phenomenal and accommodating. Apartment was easy to find and tucked into the perfect alley with multiple little cafes. "We were looking forward to this stay based on the photos of the view but it honestly surpassed even those high expectations. The place was spotless and well decorated. "Wonderful stay in beautiful Old Town Monterosso. Right above a bakery and gelato. Very close to the sea and the trail to Vernazza. Washing machine included good instructions and clothes line on the balcony was very convenient for those of us with long vacations. Very spacious for the location, as the murpy bed was a very easy pull down and push up and quite comfortable!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The train station was close, so easy to walk to the location. Marco sent us videos of how to find the location and get into the apartment, which were very helpful. "We had a great stay at this lovely and clean apartment with beautiful views over Cinque Terre. The cozy apartment was perfect for our family of four for four nights in one of the most beautiful places in Italy. It was a perfect spot for hiking and driving to nearby towns, though the hike back up was tough at the end of the day. "Great stay with 2 adults and 2 teens. Lot’s of room and comfortable apartment. Nice to have the washing machine to do a little laundry. It is up a number of stairs (108 to be exact) to get to from the street but so is the whole village. There is a ramp that we chose to use instead several times (also great for luggage) instead of the stairs and it is very close to the apartment. Instructions for accessing the apartment were clear and we were able to have a late check out time for a small fee. "

"The apartment was extremely clean, well equipped and mostly private. Not sure if the apartment above is a rental but the people were extremely noisy. Check in was a bit of an issue as the sat nav said we had arrived and we were still about a mile away. Luckily we texted the manager and he came and found us. The pool was beautiful and the manager came most days to clean it and sweep the garden. I would certainly recommend staying here. Oh, and the view was exceptional. Thank you"

"Thanks for a great stay. The island was one of our favorite spots on our trip to Italy. The only problem was with the scooter rental company, which tried to take extra money from us when we decided it was not safe to use the scooter. They took 20 euros out of the 30 we paid. Fortunately, the hotel intervened and managed to get us another 10 euros back, so we only ended up paying 10 euros for the time they took to come to us. However, the staff at the rental company seemed inexperienced and unaware of proper procedures."

"Hotel Tigullio is in a prime location for the coast line restaurants, the ferry to numerous locations, including Portofino. We really enjoyed the hotel, especially the SkyBar. Our room was very clean, comfortable and the staff were all helpful. It was a very enjoyable few days."

"This place exceed expectations, the church and naturist vibe were amazing. Who needs a TV or AC anyhow. Amazing views of the ocean, nice outside area with tables for enjoying a bottle of wine and watching the sunset. Went in July and even without AC temperatures overnight was in the low 60F. Close to two trails to Monterosso and Vernazza. For the true hiker who wants to be away from the tourist this place is the perfect fit"
