"We were a group of 9 girls and had the best 3 days staying here. Alessio and Anna were incredible hosts and so helpful when we asked about arranging activities and taxis. Jan's place is an absolute gem, nestled in the hills above Canelli, surrounded by vines with stunning views, a pool, ping pong table, barbecue, etc. The house itself is spacious, well-furnished, and features a modern kitchen with everything you need to cook delicious meals. "We travelled to Piemonte for wine tasting, and this house is almost ideally situated in the middle of the Asti-Alba-Barolo-Barbera-Barbaresco area. It is in a rural area, and the local farmer does drive his tractor and truck by the house occasionally (several times a day). Otherwise, noise is almost nonexistent. The house (actually Villa Tellais well appointed and well furnished. It is one of 2 in a duplex arrangement at the top of a small hill. All 3 bedrooms are large; 2 have an adjoining...

"Poorly maintained, overgrown and tired. Walls are peeling off. The kitchens don’t have an oven. Water pressure is non existent, if someone uses water downstairs there is no water upstairs. WiFi doesn’t work downstairs, upstairs the connection is really poor. No air conditioning. No sofa or other soft furniture except the beds. Dining room chairs are not sturdy, some are broken. Outdoor furniture is old and the plastic is brittle. Not as listed, everything is unkempt. Dirty floors, bathrooms...

"Een heerlijk sfeervol huis in een meer dan prachtige omgeving. Met 6 volwassenen en af en toe vrienden op bezoek een heerlijke plek. Mooi zwembad, schitterend uitzicht en een pizza oven . Wandelen, fietsen, tennis en padel in de omgeving en meer dan genoeg leuke restaurants. We hopen nog een keer terug te komen!"

"Another excellent stay, having decided to return after really enjoying our week here last year. The view from the house and garden is breathtaking: a perfect location in which to enjoy the lovely scenery all around. There is so much to see in the area, both locally and further afield. Karen is a fantastic host: knows everything about the area, available to answer any question, nothing is too much trouble. We can fully recommend Ca' Ginota for a wonderful holiday."

"We visited this house with four youngsters (18-21) and two dogs and we enjoyed the enormous space in and around the house. The swimmingpool was great. The whirlpool wasn't heated so we only could use that between 3 and 5 PM. Than the automatically refreshing of the water started and it went cold. But when one knows this, one adapts... Really great was the big room with the table tennis, table football and pool table. Even at the hottest hour of the day you could play there if you wanted. Around...

"I personally had a great time cycling with Gian. The house itself is very clean and complete. Nice swimming pool. Fresh eggs from the chicken. Be prepared for the slightly rocky dirt road of around 1km leading to the home."

"We were lucky enough to stay here for five nights. Each morning we woke up to fog rolling through the vineyard that slowly revealed the amazing views through out the day. The home was as pictured, well appointed with items we needed for cooking and relaxing. Everything was quite comfortable. Michael and Diana were both so pleasant and communicative through the entire process. Dreaming of a return trip in the warmer months to make use of the beautiful pool!"
