Stunning home in Sagelat

This holiday cottage is made up of a main house (sleeping 5) and a cottage (sleeping 2). It's an ideal setting in the heart of the touristy sights and castles in Dordogne, offering a heated indoor pool available throughout the year.



In the main house is a kitchen with a view of the terrace, along with a dining/living area, and two of the bedrooms. The bedroom on the first floor has no door and is accessed through an open staircase.



The self-contained cottage is 15 m from the main house and has a living area with wood burner and double sofa bed. Two French windows offer a pleasant view of the property.



In the ancient mill, in front of the house there is an indoor heated (in winter) pool measuring 8m x 5m as well as a games room and a Petanque pitch.



Attention:

The water stream alongside the house is not secured. Parents should be vigilant with their young children here. The ground floor of the main house is wheelchair accessible.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 25.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed.
