"The check process took well over an hour and a half as our rooms weren’t ready. We were 30 minutes early. Then just at the time that we were told to check in the front desk staff had changed. The staff member who was then dealing with it all had no idea what was going on as more and more people kept showing up. Eventually got the room keys and one room was already occupied. Had to go back to reception to sort this out but was given another room promptly. Once in the room however it was fine....
