Staff apologized but the law is not in their favor - nor in favor of nonsmoking guests. At time we had to run the AC at full strength and keep the slider open. "Excellent property right in Funchal. It was just done up last August. The owner contacted us before our trip to get basic flight details so she can be ready for us. Our flight was detoured and delayed for several hours the owner Ligia left a message for us so we managed to WhatsApp her when we arrived.
