The room was great. The room was an adjoining room to my other family. It was clean. Breakfast was nice.

This is a good, if quirky hotel, but we enjoyed our stay here. We were in a garden facing (Superior) room, and the revelation of this location for us was that it was so quiet. Florence is a very busy city, and can feel a bit overwhelming, but once into the hotel, all the noise and hubbub of the city disappears and all you hear is the bird song. The room was clear and comfortable and we slept like logs. Breakfast was good. There is a restaurant for dinner which we didn’t use, but the roof top terrace and bar is terrific. Really lovely spot. Locally, Ponte Vecchio is a couple of minutes walk and the city is all very walkable from here. Also, lots of restaurants locally (we particularly like ‘Il Pacchero’ which did superb pizza’s!

Beautiful, quiet and clean property that is a pleasure to come back to after a long day. Short taxi ride to city center and we also rented a car and it was not too far from places we wanted to visit. Great breakfast options at the buffet. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and pleasant. We had great massages, ate two delicious dinners and had breakfast there everyday. Our room was clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend if you want to be close to everything but not in city center.

We loved our stay. We thought it was the cutest hotel we’d ever stayed in, with creative decorations and a fully functional library we used quite a lot. We’ll definitely be recommending it to others. Very nice front desk people.
