I didn’t like your excursion service. I bought the horseback riding package and was forced to ride in a STORM, because they refused to give a refund. Horrible and never again.

The adult side did not have a tub in the room at the Hideaway Royalton in Jamaica and Expedia made it seem as if they had the tub / jacuzzi in the room. The view wasn't an ocean view. The rooms was very small and the glass in the shower was not as clean. The sensors for the air conditioner was not working properly. The doors would be closed and the air conditioner would not come on... However some of the staff provided outstanding services: Manager Jefrey Ruthanne, Clevon, Dantay the photographer .

The dining was top tier! The spa was top notch… staff excellent! The vibe team??? Oh gosh they were entertaining especially the pool side! Molly , lady Rea , sash , the Dj I can’t remember his name!
