Villa "Le Vallecchie" overlooking Siena and with private swimming pool

The villa is independent and is equipped with a private outdoor swimming pool (not heated). The property has a park of one hectare. The garden is illuminated in the evening and you can eat outside under an oak grove. The garden is maintained by a gardener who is also responsible for periodic cleaning of the pool. Around the pool there are chairs and loungers for sunbathing. In the park there are also many olive trees. Inside the villa there is a billiards room. A person will welcome you upon arrival and will provide assistance in case of emergency during the entire stay (included in the price).

Fantastic Place
6 of us stayed at this lovely country Villa, fantastic, clean, host was awesome and we were so sad to leave. Great restaurants within a 15 min drive and a beautiful and clean large pool. I can't wait to get back there. Highly recommend a stay here if you want to tour Tuscany, the location is so central.

House with lot of space and wonderful pool
The state of the house was fine only the bathrooms needs to be renovated soon. Communication and service with Sara and Alex was excellent. A little bit strange was, that the owner refused to add mattresses for the sunloungers for hygenic reasons.

Très belle maison dans les terres toscanes
Maison comme sur les photos, la piscine est immense et la terrasse est ombragée par un arbre immense. Joseph était aux petits soins pour nous et très réactif à nos demandes et en plus il parle un peu le français! La piscine est contrôlée tous les 2 jours. Les points négatifs sont la pression et l’eau chaude dans les douches….impossible de se laver à 4 en même temps à moins d’aimer l’eau froide. Le wifi n’est pas très performant à l’extérieur.

Séjour très agréable dans une région magnifique. Tranquillité absolue Loin de la pollution atmosphérique ou sonore. Sienne est une ville remplie de charme. Nombreux restaurants dans les environs : mention spéciale pour La Dama nella vigna. Hôte facilement joignable et réactive. Propriété superbe, bien aménagée, bien exposée et belle piscine. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci à notre hôte.

Lovely farm house in Tuscany. Easy drive to Siena and close to Monteriggioni (a lovely mountain top town with great restaurants). Nice swimming pool. Close to hiking paths. Will recommend to friends and family that would like to be in the country side.

Toscane op zijn best
Het is een fantastisch huis op een fantastische locatie. Uitzicht op Siena. Prima uitvalsbasis voor de bekende steden van Toscane. Heerlijk zwembad. Het huis is geschikt voor 4 stellen, 4 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers. Een aantal badkamers zou een upgrade kunnen gebruiken. Prima ondersteuning door Lucia en Marcella. We hopen nog eens terug te komen.

Eine schöne Zeit
Haus ist und liegt wunderschön. Tolles Grundstück, super Pool und herrlicher Blick. Schöne Aufteilung der Zimmer und Bäder. Betten waren prima, in die schönen Holzschränke konnten wir leider nichts hängen, da diese sehr müffelten. Sollten vielleicht über den Winter bzw. nach dem Putzen geöffnet bleiben zum Trocknen. Plastikstühle und Liegen sind praktisch aber passen irgendwie nicht zu dem charmanten Haus. Alles andere war sehr gut. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Heerlijke plek
Lucia, dank je wel voor de gastvrijheid en Marcella, dank je wel voor de fijne ontvangst. We hadden een heerlijke 3-generaties-vakantie in Villa Le Vallecchie! Het huis zelf is heel ruim en we vonden het fijn dat er vier badkamers en een wasmachine zijn. We genoten van het uitzicht over de Toscaanse heuvels en op Siena en we hadden veel plezier in het zwembad. Prettig is het ook, dat steden als Siena, Firenze en San Giminano van hieruit goed bereikbaar zijn. We hebben mooie herinneringen gemaakt en kijken met heel veel plezier terug op ons verblijf in Monteriggioni.

Nettes Ferienhaus in sehr guter Lage
Grundsätzlich guter Gesamteindruck, ich würde empfehlen, die Badezimmer, speziell die Duschkabinen zu erneuern. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut, die Lage sehr gut. Das Platzangebot im Haus sehr gut, die Poolterasse bei Schönwetter wirklich ideal zum Entspannen.

2 relaxing weeks in countryside hideaway
The object is very much alongside the description in the text and the old architecture and the pool are really amazing. The property is huge and very quiet and you can have really relaxing times here. Access to Siena and Monteriggioni is fast and there are restaurants and supermarkets within 10-15mins by car. The "Via Fracigena" passes near by and you can start your walk right from the house. We had a very hot week and even the house is old with thick walls, we found the night temperatures still a bit uncomfortable due to no aircondition - but there are two mobile fans in the house. Overall the house, kitchen and furniture is in a fairly good condition but could definitely benefit from some updating . At last: Also expect a fair amount of insects around the house. It is fully located on the countryside and I think this is the quite natural ;-)

Peaceful location wit beautiful views
Better than expected. Area around pool in lovely setting. First two weeks in June best time to be by pool because the trees were in full flower. Very peaceful location. Car essential. Marcella, the house keeper, is a lovely lady. The electric kettle was leaking and Marcella replaced it with a new one within 24 hours. Playing pool on the billiard table a great skill test because the pockets are small

Very satisfactory
I stayed with my partner, my daughter, and her partner and we had a lovely time. My daughter wanted to spend most of the time sunbathing by the pool, which was quite cold until you got used to it! my partner and I did go into Sienna for a day - the only day it rained when we were on holiday! - but we also travelled to other towns which we enjoyed. The property is located well for seeing Tuscany, and the accommodation itself was excellent. My only suggestion for improvement would be to make available a welcome pack, identifying where the good restaurants are and other such useful information to guests. Thank you for a fine holiday. Breathtaking and Tranquil
My family spent a beautiful week at the Villa. Everything was just beautiful. The entire home is well appointed and comfortable. The pool Is huge and was a big hit with my 20-something children and their significant others. Marcella met us at the home and was absolutely delightful. I’m charmed by Tuscany, in love with Italy and I can think of no finer place to experience all of it, than this home. Thank you! I hope to return one day.

Das tollste Ferienhaus, daß wir je hatten :-)
Die Villa LeVallecchie ist traumhaft. Wir können nur positives berichten und sie bestens weiter empfehlen! Das Haus bietet für 8 Personen viel Platz und die dicken Wände sorgen für kühle Räume. Der Billard-Tisch ist ein echtes Highlight! Die Terrasse ist direkt vor der Küche. Der große Tisch steht unter einem hohen und dichten Baum, der den ganzen Tag über für einen angenehmen Schatten sorgt. Die herrliche Aussicht in die typisch toskanische Landschaft - mit Siena im Hintergrund - kann man von jeder Stelle des Gartens aus genießen. Aufgrund der enormen Größe des Gartens und der vielen Bäume kann jeder für sich ein ruhiges, schattiges Plätzchen finden. Und der Parkplatz befindet sich in einem kleinen Wäldchen, sodaß auch die Autos vor der Sonne geschützt sind. Der Swimmingpool ist mit ca 12x6 m sehr groß und war bei uns in Dauerbenutzung. Das gesamte Haus und Areal ist sauber und gepflegt. Sogar ein Gärtner kam von Zeit zu Zeit vorbei um den Garten und den Pool zu pflegen. Für Mountainbiker sei erwähnt, daß direkt von der Villa aus eine Mountainbikestrecke mit vielen verschiedenen Wegen beginnt, welche meist durch den schattigen Wald verlaufen. Für jeden, der einen ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub in der Natur liebt, ist die Villa LeVallecchie zu empfehlen! Man braucht allerdings ein Auto um dort hin zu gelangen, da sie direkt im Wald am Fuße eines Berges gelegen ist, zu welchem keine öffentliche Verkehrsmittel führen. Wir waren noch nie so erholt wie nach diesen 2 Wochen.

Wonderful villa in a fantastic location!
Villa was amazing, everything was much better than one expects looking at the pictures on the website. The swimming pool was fantastic and we also had the possibility to play billiards game. We will highly recommend this villa to our friends!

Un accueil extrêmement chaleureux par quatre personnes y compris la fille de la propriétaire venue spécialement de Rome, et comprenant plateau de fruit, vins locaux, eau, pecorino et jambon cru! Tout est fourni pour notre plus grand confort! C'est bien plus beau et plus grand que ne le laissent paraître les photos. Cette propriété peut convenir à tous les âges, du plus petit au plus grand. La région regorge de lieux magnifiques et Sienne, qui est juste à côté, est superbe. Bref, n'hésitez pas une minute à choisir ce lieu hors du commun! Very warm welcome by four people including the owner's daugher especially coming from Rome, with fruits, regional wines, water, pecorino and local prosciutto. This house is fully furnished with everything and anything you would need during your stay. Actually it is far bigger and prettier than on the website pictures. This property is suitable for people of any age, from the youngest to the eldest. The region is full of wonderful places, including the very close Siena, which is amazing! In brief, just don't hesitate to book this terrific uncommon spot!
