"This is a great house! We stayed w/ another couple for the MI @ IL football game (they have a daughter at IL / we have a son at MI) … and it was the perfect spot! The living room and sunroom were PERFECT gathering spots for 4 ppl, and the kitchen was sooo nice for tailgate food prep (sizable and nicely renovated.) This house is also in a VERY nice neighborhood; tree-lined streets and lovely homes. Also had a lovely fenced in backyard. Lots of vintage charm in this old house which we loved....

"House had everything by husband and I needed. It was very comfortable and all appliances worked well with no issues. Coffee bar and snacks were great for a welcome. The house was very clean and yard was excellent for our furry children. Neighborhood was great for walking and would be great to sit on front porch in warm weather. We can't wait to stay again. We felt very much at home on this stay. "

"We rented the property for dad‘s weekend at UIUC. The property had everything we needed and the pool table was a big hit with kids and parents. Very close to campus and festivities. Owner of property was very easy to reach. We will definitely consider the property in the future. "

"This is a very cute, little place and seriously for the price it is amazing. It was perfect for what we needed. A place to sleep while we visited my daughter at the University. Is it luxury? No but it was clean, cute and a BARGAIN! You cannot beat it. There are other places out there that are gross and sooooo much more expensive. I would do it again in a heartbeat!"
