1 mile from downtown Montpelier, 1 blk to bike trail, 1/2 mile to co-op & dining/cocktails (in summer), walk to 2 dispensaries & 1/2 block to Winooski River. Chill on the 125 yr old front porch or stroll to town.

30 minutes to Ski resorts, there's a 40ft back patio for your skis (bikes, kayaks & sports gear too)!
