The staff were very professional and helpful. The immediate area outside of the hotel may not be the most beautiful, but don’t let that fool you. The location is a convenient walking distance away from Place des Arts and many other attractions downtown and the prices for their rooms are quite reasonable. The rooms themselves are nice and clean. I’ll be staying there again the next time I’m in Montreal.

Overall good stay. Close to everything. However the rooms are not sound proof. My room was located next to the elevator and I kept getting up by the sound of it (from 5 to 8). On the second night, I was awakened by screaming homeless people outside.

This hotel was great. Less than five minute walk to all shops off St. Catherine & Chinatown area. Free premium coffees tea for all guests is awesome pick me up during cold winter Montreal day.
