"Great Hotel, waterfront, next to everything "

"Lack of air conditioning made room uncomfortable on a very hot night. Other than that perfectly acceptable for a 3 Star Hotel."

"The property was lovely and we had a stunning view of the garden and lake from our balcony. The main patio off reception is gorgeous with seating areas and a fire - which was a bonus as it was chilly. The property is right on the promenade that takes you to the main strip. It's about a 10 minute walk along the promenade but the walk is beautiful next to the lake. "

"Good budget hotel for price point for a few days. Great location. We were 3 people and we fit. Good beds, always very hot water, and clean. Parking lot is underground and has low head space and tight curve to get into. We had a small car and it was difficult. Something to consider with your vehicle type. I would recommend to the property owners to perhaps change the shower heads because the jet is so strong, good chance the shower curtain blows out of shower and the floor gets all wet. "

"The rooms ere nice and well appointed. The view was FANTASTIC, but the best part was the staff. SO helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Highly recommend!"
