"Location in front of train station. Staff was friendly & helpfull. The elevator was under construction. Rooms rug looked dirty. They gave us a room that was behind a city construction and they started to work at 7:40 am. They didn't advise when checked in. "

"Well located lovely hotel close to good dining options, the old town and places of interest. The room was large and comfortable, the staff very helpful and friendly. Parking was a bonus and easy to negotiate. "

"This was one of, if not the nicest hotel we have stayed in. The staff was incredibly helpful. Our room was impeccable with comfortable beds, heated bathroom floor beautiful balcony with view of Lake Geneva. We did not care for the restaurants, but that was our personal choice. If you want a 5 star hotel - stay here, you will not be disappointed."

"Very friendly staff, rooms are clean. Only downside is lack of amenities (bring your own shampoo!). Construction at the moment makes it awkward to get to. Otherwise it's well-situated, 5 min walk from the metro and next door to a huge supermarket. Will definitely come here again if given the chance."

"We saw a little more of Lausanne than we, thanks to some road work and detours. But once we made our way to Hotel Elite, everything was great for a quick visit. The 5-minute walk from the train station with luggage turned into 25 minutes, but it paid off with a comfortable, spacious room in this handsome hotel — with an elevator. "Lovely hotel, I'd stay here again. I enjoyed my stay. There is no minibar in the room and the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. Breakfast options are very limited. But if these things do not bother you then this is otherwise an excellent place to stay in. "

"The thermal pools are really fun. They were doing construction on a new area. Noisy, but it didn't affect using the pools that were open. The staff was nice, hotel was clean, but has been a while since last renovation."
