"Convenient location near the airport and a veryreasonably priced accommodation to fulfill the needs of an overnight traveler needing a good night's rest. Breakfast was simple but appreciated. Sweet tangerines, toast, Activia yogurt, a buttered waffle' and hot coffee hit the spot for the unpretentious. "Communication could have been better. A text was sent inviting me to follow up with any questions, and when I did ask a question it was ignored. I asked at the check in desk and was given an indirect answer that didn't answer my question. The property was ok, signs point to renovations being in progress. Some things have been recently maintained and other items could use some attention. Overall it wasn't a bad place to sleep for the night. "

"The property was okay, it is an older motel and dated, but was clean. I don't know if something was going on that weekend in Montrose, but we paid over $180 for one night in a room that should have been $100 per night. The manager there in the morning was wonderful, due to COVID they could not open the breakfast area until 7 am but I needed coffee at 6:30 and he was happy to oblige, I was thankful for that :) If the price was more in line with the property, I would rate it higher."
