"We had a large balcony suite. Not a spectacular view - we looked over the backs of several buildings and there was construction, but likely quieter than street side rooms. Bed very comfortable and staff attentive and very prompt if we had a special request ( extra ice for champagne, etc. Palermo is nice quiet area with many restaurants close by."

"I stayed in the all-women's room with three bunk beds. It was comfortable and tidy. My only concern is that the sheets were some kind of polyester/cotton blend. I didn't like the feel, and there may be some health concerns sleeping in polyester. Not sure why they can't be basic cotton.
