"We had a lovely couple of days in this character filled property with incredible views. There was everything you could want in the kitchen (and more). The lounge area was comfy and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck for lunch. The master bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved Clareville. Such a picturesque area and the waterfront is practically on the doorstep. The boys also enjoyed the waves at Avalon beach which is only a few minutes drive away. I would highly recommend the Sundeck Cottage...

"Very comfortable apartment. Nice that my little one could sleep on the pull out lounge. Location is great, few nice cafes and restaurants all walking distance. The pool was my 4 year olds favourite. The beach is literally across the road"

"An open-plan, sun-lit house, with ample space for large groups. Our teens and 18+ kids enjoyed to fooz ball and snooker table. We brought our own food and geoceries cause there aren't any stores nearby. Having free access to Netflix and other apps on the TV was great, and loved the Anchor restaurant right at the door of the property. Thank you, Sim, for being so responsive before and during our trip and helping us out when we got stuck with a few things. All in all, it was a really nice place to...

"Nicole was a fantastic host. We stayed in spring the temps were in transition between cool and hot so we were comfortable there. Nicole was communicative and house was very well provisioned in terms of kitchenware, pantry, toiletries, linen etc. We probably had some user error issues with dishwasher long washes, stove (I wasn't first to use so placard was on the side) or microwave, but nothing we couldn't work around - never enough time on a short weekend trip to read instructions. "We stayed here for a relaxing few days to unwind with my goldador. What I was promised was definitely delivered! The cleanliness of the house was 10/10, I have stayed at nice homes but the cleanliness of the house wasn’t usually up to my standards while this one was! The house had a beautiful water view which we loved looking at while having a bbq or a nice relaxing time in the spa . Night time was also nice with the romantic outdoor lights. "We had a great time staying as an extended family to celebrate a special birthday. The property manager, Col was fabulous and met us at the marina and spent time with us to show us around the property and explain how everything works- he’s a real gem! We had a great lunch at Peats Bite restaurant and their boat picked us up right out front of the property. Our kids enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock and everyone enjoyed the spa. It was a lovely stay. "
