"We had a great time. Well equipped with all our needs like a washing machine, coffee machine, excellent kitchen appliances and more. Good location near Temae Beach and lots of great restaurants & fun attractions. Nice backyard where the kids can play. AC all over the house and easy communication with hosts. The only things to be aware of is the slow wifi & a slightly bumpy road close to the house. Even though wifi was slow, we had a cellular package and reception was good. Overall we had an...

"Very thorough check in process. Wonderful full breakfast delivered to our bungalow every day. Since there’s a full kitchen plus a grocery store directly across street it is not a problem that there are no restaurants within walking distance. (There is call-in delivery available. ). "The stay was perfect for our family of five, including grandma. The location is amazing, right on the water allowing you to walk or paddle to some great snorkeling spots. The small store within walking distance is awesome, and has fresh deliveries every morning!The host was super responsive and made sure everything went smoothly! The 3 homes on the property were beautiful. One home has airconditioning. Swimming in the lagoon everyday was the highlight. "We loved this property and spent 10 days here! It was everything the description said it was and more! The surf is right at your door and you are right around the corner from Temae beach, which is one of the best in the area. We saw whales almost daily and the host, Hinarii could not have been more gracious or attentive. We loved the privacy and will rent again if we returm to Moorea."

"Nice bungalow just across from the lagoon and by a nice restaurant. Quiet and relaxing. Older property but well equipped and maintained. The only negative is that the bedroom had AC but the temperature was not able to be lowered and it was a little warmer than we wanted. Still I would recommend the place. Good value."

"We rented all 3 units which gave us sleeping room for 12 and plenty of space for quiet time for anyone who needed it. The best part is the private pool and immediate water access with free kayaks, we were in the pool and ocean several times a day. Parking was fine, locking gates made the place feel secure. I was not excited about counting dishes, silverware, placemats and on and on at the 3 units when we arrived which was required but small annoyance for great stay."

"I had a nice stay at this property. It has a beautiful beach which I wish I had more time to enjoy, but was in town for a family function so I was on the move quite a bit. I was not expecting communal kitchen and bathrooms (2 of them); but this was only a slight inconvenience for a day or two. Overall, it was a nice property and Georgia and her husband were very friendly especially since I do not speak French."

"This place is really special. Has to be the best kept secret on the island. Why would anyone pay 2-3 times more for the Hilton or Sofitel, when this brand new hotel has much newer and better accommodations? The rooms are contemporary, but still maintain a Tahitian vibe Loved having the AC for sleeping, and being able to access Netflix and other streaming services on the TV was a nice feature. The kitchenette is awesome, and we saved so much money by preparing a majority of our meals from locally sourced products. Being right on the beach is the only way to go, and this place definitely did not disappoint. We had free access to kayaks and paddle boards, and took full advantage of that, paddling out each morning to the tiny private island just in front, where you are able to do some amazing snorkeling. And the sunsets, WOW! But with all these amazing amenities, the very best thing has to be the staff, and how friendly and responsive they are. This place truly is a gem. Mauruuru Niu Beach Hotel! We will be back! "

"Great property. Really cool pier with access to deep water. They have lots of kayaks and snorkeling gear. Water is dark and not as clear on this part of the island however. Snorkeling is ok but not like the best part of the island. Traditional style place without luxury but they have everything you need"

"We appreciated the natural setting and the steps to preserve nature and the ocean. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching all of the beautiful fish and rays, wow! Loved the beautiful views and water access. We also loved the rustic but elegant vibe of the decor. Every piece looked carefully chosen and fit perfectly. The bed and linens were amazing and comfortable. The waterfront bungalow we stayed in was well equipped for us to make breakfast and snacks. So peaceful!!! A slice of paradise. "

"Authentic and friendly stay in a picturesque location. Sadly, Moorea suffered a massive power outage which made the stay difficult. That notwithstanding, our hosts rallied with extra water and a special effort to present breakfast in the morning!"

"Positives: - spacious bedrooms - spacious kitchen for guest use - parking onsite - deck to sit out on Negatives: - very difficult to find. Need signage out front - photos of room during booking process a bit deceptive. Shows bathroom, leading one to think you room has a private one. It doesnt. - host not responsive pre-stay via Expedia; must WA him - host not engaging - host was to have lent me a bike so I could cycle back the 16km rom returning my rental car. I told him what time I needed to leave by, and asked if he could help load the bike into the car. Well he was a ''no-show' and instead was out shopping. Not reliable. At least he apologized. - there is no swimming beach at this location - nowhere comfortable outside to sit and enjoy the view. Only a picnic bench, which gets wets when raining - no amenities in area - description states kayaks and bikes available for loan, though he seemed a bit reluctant. Summary: okay stay, nice facilities. But I felt more like an inconvenience being there more thana valued guest. I think this really is more suited to surfers, not solo female travellers who may need a bit of guidance. "
