"The Manager walked out, took keys as we drove in with several other guests in theur cars at 2pm check in. Told to wait till 3:20pm; all returned,,told no manager no keys to office. "The room was nicely decorated and very clean. Bathroom facilities were good. Car parking was good. I was disappointed that the room did not have a toaster. There was no cloth for washing dishes but a tea towel was provided. Microwave provided but no cutlery was there if you did heat meals in it. Minor points but something to think about. The bed was very comfortable!"
