"There was a dirty towel in the balcony when we checked it. The tiles had just been mopped so it was wet and by the time we walked in, there was dirt everywhere. There is no daily room service and the towels are filth. I arranged a bedroom for 3 people and receptionist advised that they would arrange someone to organise a sofa bed and no one attended to arrange the bed and I slept on the lounge for the entire 3 nights with no assistance anywhere to be found. I had to call and request for things...

"Our stay at Roas Hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and professional, polite service from every single staff member. The hotel is exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and offers stunning views of the sea. There’s a lovely pool on-site, and the beach is just a 2-minute walk away. Along the beachfront, you’ll find charming shops and restaurants that add to the relaxing atmosphere.
