The only slight niggles - a couple of the dining room chairs were very wobbly and the front of the dishwasher kept coming detached. These were not big problems though and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"The house is in a lovely hamlet of holiday homes about 10 mins drive to Bamburgh. It’s got lots of space for a big family gathering and is close to good hiking paths. It is, however, a little rough around the edges. Lots of aspects of the property need a good refresh & I wouldn’t say that the marketing photos match the actual place. The listing also says it’s a .6 of a mile to a pub but that is not the case - the closest one is a 10 minute drive away. Maybe this is all priced in but it felt a...
