"The meal options are great but check when the kitchen is open when you arrive. Breakfast is very good. The situation is perfect for peace and quiet, particularly for visiting Leighton Moss. It would be helpful if the wi-fi details were available in the room, but the staff are very helpful and pro-active so it was easy for me to get this (and other) information."

"Fantastic B&B with the best hosts who made us feel welcome as soon as we stepped through the door. Immaculately clean. We had the BB set nights sleep in the most comfiest bed. The breakfast was delicious and really set us up for the day. It's set in a great location quite central to everything about 10 mins walk to pleasure beach and roughly 15mins to the tower. What a great place the cozy nook is we highly recommend it and will definitely return. Thankyou for a great stay."

"Just returned from an overnight stay at the Lucena with my partner and toddler. Arrived early and asked if we could leave our cases but we were able to check in straight away. We had room number 3 which was a double bed and bunk bed room. We had more than enough room for us all. The beds were really comfy which was definitely needed after countless walks up and down to see the illuminations and the kettle in the room was very welcomed. Hotel was in a great location and close to the attractions...

"Most plugs in room not working. No remote for TV. If the plugs were working it was only for a certain amount of time. We had 2 rooms, in 1 room shower had very little water pressure and in the other it wasnt working at all. Window in 1 room was broken so could not be closed. No heating in 1 room and the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the duvets werent the best. No locks on bathroom doors"
