"I’ve been staying at this property since I was a child, since just after the 1984 extension was added. I am amazed at how well maintained everything is given the age of the property. We were really impressed by how clean everything was, the contactless check in worked brilliantly, it was great having access to extras that could just be picked up in the hallway. "An amazing place to stay. Lizzie, Lisa & the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful, willing to assist with any request. The room was large, beautiful decor and the bed so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, loved the indoor pool and sauna, enjoyed the many lounges and beautiful gardens. Highly recommended as a place to unwind and enjoy."

"Ok. So it's not a hotel. Duh. While a little cute the description is accurate. It's a bedroom in a shared home with a shared bathroom. It's very good at that. Good sized room. Comfy big bed. TV. Access to modern kitchen and deck. Spa. Nice dog. Nice people. At the price it delivers above it's type."

"Location was secluded with a spectacular vineyard view, so we tended to see past the stained carpet, and other smaller defects. The wines generally weren't anything memorable, but the pinot menier "Fun Cousin" was fantastic! Didn't eat at the restaurant. Oh, and did I mention that the view over the vines was spectacular?!"

"Sheree and Paul were fantastic hosts! This property is a hidden gem in the Mornington peninsula. We went here for a relaxing time after our wedding and we were transported to Spain through this property! Will definitely be back!"

"Rob is a great host, he is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and provided fabulous communication. The house is shared but our area was private. The house is as presented in the photos. The garden is really lovely. We were there on a cold, rainy Victorian winter weekend and were very comfortable. The house has all the amenities that we needed for our stay. It is in a very quiet location."

"We have rated this cabin our no.1 stay ever! Absolutely delightful accommodation with beautiful features & thoughtful inclusions - a truly luxurious experience. Our 2 little dogs were safe inside the enclosed back garden, which made it easy for us to relax & enjoy. The spa on the deck was lovely too. Great beachside location capped it off. "Although a beautiful building from the outside, the Guest House is looking a bit tired on the inside. We never saw a single person neither hotel staff nor another guest during our stay, which made for a rather strange experience. The room was small but reasonably comfortable, the bathroom was a good size. Wifi ok, but not many power points in the room. Queenscliff itself is a gorgeous old-style Australian town with some interesting shops and beautiful buildings."

"The rooms are huge!, modern and beautiful. Close to Frankston Beach, shops and east to get to as the SkyBus from the airport stops here. Absolutely loved my stay here. Special mention to Lana at reception for being so helpful. Will definitely book again."
