"Our stay at Sandy Shores was amazing. The house is set up perfectly for pets with balconies, a secure yard and access from the gate to the 24/7 off leash dog beach with no roads. The back fence is not quite shoulder height and is climbable, but held all our dogs without issue (2 x labrador size and 1 Jack Rusell). There are no holes in the fence for dogs to go under or through and our dogs certainly would have been looking hard for a weakness.. For the people there is an abundance of games such...

"Property is lovely, light filled and plenty of room Lots of cob webs on the windows, they should be better maintained, we had to buy rubbish bags and dishwasher tabs which was a bit ordinary, there is also no sound sysywhich would have been great to have. Overall though fabulous house and we had a great time"

"I would stay again once the water leak is fixed . Granddaughter Had a shower / bath . Afterwards I went downs stairs to grab a glass for a drink . When I slipped over, and broke the glass . Then I noticed water was leaking into the kitchen from bathroom above . Location was fantastic "

"Brown carpet and furniture has absorbed years of cigarette smoke, which hits you in the face on opening the door. Dirt, dust, hair visible on and under bunk beds. Kitchen cabinet doors fell off. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Dead and live cockroaches aplenty. Outside deck was lovely."

"The property was well set up for a holiday stay. Comfy beds and nicely furnished. Could do with some tlc outside. Great for dogs with dog friendly beaches nearby."

We would return and recommend it to friends but a few observations. Please take this as feedback and a complaint. 1. I found the front door lock hard to turn without a bit of jiggling . "Ideal location with only a short walk to the beach! Nice and relaxing with all the creature comforts. Really enjoyed our stay and being able to bring our dog to stay with us. "A very cool property, Paul has built this cabin from recycled materials. There is a smaller enclosed yard, then the driveway yard, and a horse paddock. My partner and I enjoyed sitting on the verandah and the deck, watching the country life go by and watching the dogs play. Paul is an excellent host, maintaining clear communication, offering to reset the fireplace and firepit as needed. We are planning on coming back at some point."
