"This hotel is nestled between Rennigers and Downtown Mt. Dora. It’s also ridiculously close to any local chain restaurants, grocers, and drugstores. So it’s a great location no matter what you’re in the mood for. The staff were courteous and professional the entire stay. And the complimentary breakfast was fresh and fulfilling with lots of options to choose from. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Lakeside Inn is so so fabulous. So beautiful. So serene and relaxing by the whole lake area. Nice for about 2-3 days. Nice walking in shops and browsing. People all so awesome. Lots of food options. "We pulled up to this obviously older hotel and were getting pangs of regret. The front desk is littered with post-its and random notes under the glass top. I was met at the door by a happy little dog and my wife began rolling her eyes. A casual front desk atmosphere was clear. Walking past the pool to our room, I noticed it was clean and the water was clear. I did not get the chance to sample it. We climbed the wooden stairs with 2x4 railings to our second floor room while making a mental note...
