The facility was run down. Poor housekeeping all around. Three different bugs. Thank you for the water bottles. Did not clean room at all during our 4 night stay and I had to go down to lobby to get new towels because when I gave the dirty ones to the housekeeping staff she couldn’t give me new ones while she was cleaning another room. The price was low. We weren’t there for the hotel but it was rough….

This is a budget hotel that's pretty good for the price paid. The room was a bit dated but clean. The breakfast was ok/passable. We were bothered by noise from the next room late into the night. The breakfast staff seemed very unmotivated; several times they cut in front of customers to grab coffee and juice for themselves. We probably won't stay here again.

The hotel is very dirty and they don't clean it. There are a lot of cockroaches, food remains in the room and a lot of dust. When we received the room the first night there was no soap and for 3 nights no one came to clean it. The elevator is very dirty and the hallways have a bad smell. At 9:30 am there is almost nothing left for breakfast and they do nothing to keep it full until 10:00 am as they offer it. The reception staff is not polite and is very disinterested.

I overall had a good experience here but it is a little bit out of date. The faucet in the bathtub was constantly dripping and my key card stopped working in the middle of my stay which was very annoying but the staff did fix this promptly. I booked my stay here as I was attending a conference. Ubers were easy to get, there was a bus stop for Lynx about a 10 minute walk away and there were free shuttles to select Disney parks which was nice but was only at specific times and had to be booked a minimum of two hours in advance. I would stay here again if needed based on convenience alone.
