"Room was fine. Overall property needed some sprucing up. Sign in eating area stating “ no take out “ food was a little negative, some folks have to travel and are on a time schedule."

"It's pretty sad when you need to use an app to get directions inside a hotel (because there are no signs or workers to help you find your way). When a worker noticed we were lost they made no effort to help us and acted clueless when we asked for assistance. In addition, you have to go upstairs to go down the stairs. Have to go left to go right. The rooms were quiet, and spacious but the beds were hard. The only reason we stayed there was to walk to the Grand ole Opry. We had to walk down several other rooms hallways just to get out. "

"Dirty and the carpet in the room smelled really bad I asked for an iron since there wasn’t one In the room at 7:45am they never came I went to my business meeting wrinkled even after calling twice my son called again at 3:09pm so we could go to dinner it finally arrived at 4:00pm "

"We’ve never stayed here before this trip. We were pleasantly surprised. The room was large and was beautifully decorated. The amenities were great. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating of our needs. Definitely will stay here again!"
