"The Huckleberry Cabin was very cozy and nicely decorated. It was rustic and true to its original build in the 1800’s with modern upgrades. Walking through the front door was like stepping back in time. Great place to stay to get off the grid and reconnect with nature or unplug from the computer, but also close enough to town if you need supplies. "

"It's hard for the photos to tell the story of this very special property. The location is gorgeous, the reflection pond is a lovely bonus space, and the house itself is luxurious and outfitted with beautiful, artistic items, and the space makes relaxation easy. The quality of everything in the house is extremely high, including all of the equipment in the kitchen, which made cooking there a complete joy. Diana and Traylor are incredibly gracious hosts and were generous in taking care of us--in ways we had not anticipated! We would love to return, as this made for a very comfortable and inspiring stay!"

"We loved everything about this house! It sits on top of a hill with a huge dining window overlooking the valley and mountains in the distance, with blooming rhododendrons and a visiting hummingbird drinking from the feeder. It was quiet and peaceful and the kitchen was the best-stocked kitchen out of any of the probably 30 houses we've rented on vacations. It is a distance from anywhere and there are no local stores if you forgot something, but that was the only downside. We were close to Grayson Highlands for our day hike and our backbackers to do their overnighter, so I would say it was a great place to be. We were six adults and six young children and we were comfortable, with room to spare."
