"We chose a mountain view room & had a wonderful view of the mountains. Nigel was great, he gave us good advice & was fun to talk to. Location was good - a short walk to Katoomba main street. The hotel had an outdoor veranda where you could have a drink & take in the amazing views."

"We booked so we could go on the Grand Cliff Walk from Wentworth Falls to Scenic World. We chose here because it's not far off the track in case we needed to go take a break. However, the weekend was the worst weather, so we didn't end up going. But still, we had a great weekend away in Katoomba, and our room was perfect for our needs. Spotlessly clean, very quiet (no noise from the carpark or from neighbours). Staff were all very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back here again. "

"We stayed in the loft apartment since we were only 2 people. There are only stairs so you have to take your bag upstairs but it wasn't too bad. It had a great patio and a small kitchen with everything you need included. It had a frig, microwave, dishes, toaster, etc. Easy parking right outside the door. Great communication when checking in which gave us all the details we needed. Very nice large bathroom also. Walking trail was close by and we had good weather so we could use the trail to get to a park."
