"Simply superb. What a great facility, location, set up, and service. Stayed 3 nights and was fantastic. Great location for planning hikes etc and sightseeing. We had a first floor studio and was remarkably spacious and well equipped. The balconies front and rear great for afternoon relax after a hike. A couple of things were a bit less than ideal, although both items were mentioned in the property description; the Wi-Fi was very unreliable and the ladder providing access to the ‘upstairs’ bed was not easy to navigate for a couple of seniors. "Our group of six had a fantastic girls' weekend at Bellevue. The location was perfect – close to local attractions while still offering peace and seclusion. The house was incredibly spacious, giving us all plenty of room to unwind. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living room was the perfect place to take in the stunning views. I can’t recommend Bellevue enough!"

"Staying at Madison’s Mountain Retreat was the perfect getaway and experience for my family. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the atmosphere of the grounds. Anne’s warm welcome and knowledge about the animals was excellent and we all enjoyed feeding the Alpacas, Llamas & Goats. The indoor pool was great for a quick swim & we felt nice and cosy in the rustic cabin accommodation which had a lovely view of the alpacas and farm. We will definitely be back. "

"Perfect for a short stay for 1 or 2 people. Close to many attractions. Host is very communicative and offered ideas of places to go with a dog. Fenced area described in the ad was unusable and there was no secure area for my dog to be off lead. Lots of steps to get to the studio from the allocated parking area, some of which were slippery in the rain. Hair dryer would have been nice. "

"The room was not well cleaned, windows had webs, dirty glass in the sink, was locked in my room and had to ring the Bar staff to let me out, TV didn't work Parking tight and limited. Had to change rooms. The young staff were embarrassed but helpful. Only redeeming factor was the bed. I can understand they do not have a refund!!"
