"This hotel is practical and simple yet very comfortable, clean, and with one of the best hospitality experiences I have experienced in the US. We are definitely coming back and staying here anytime we are in town for a concert at MetLife Stadium or other purposes. We were blown away by how easy and convenient the hotel staff makes it, by offering shuttle services to and from the Metlife until late. Nick, Mystique (front desk), and Martha in the restaurant were fantastic with how they courteously treated us. The bed was very comfortable, the bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels and a special one for makeup (WOW), and the inclusive breakfast buffet service in the morning has real glass plates and silver cutlery :)), with a decent spread. I highly recommend this hotel to every traveler looking to have a good night's sleep, stay for concerts, families, etc. Thank you for a great experience. RM 805 J.W"

"The property is walking distance from Port Authority. Very easy to navigate. The hotel is clean, even if the room is small its still good for New York standard. The food is great, they have different selections and big place to seat down for breakfast. The staff are very friendly and professional. Definitely will stay in this hotel when I'm in New York. They also have a luggage storage that is a plus if you need to go around the city without your suitcase. Thanks alot Hyatt Place! "

"We came to the city for my daughters 11th birthday, The hotel itself was perfect location for us (walkable to lots) - the rooms were clean, the check in was seamless, and we were able to store our bags while walking around the city (before check in and after check out) which was awesome. But what really made it special was the attendant who checked us in (her name was Dominique) was an absolute gem, made my daughter a little birthday present, She gave us a suggestion of seeing the Statue of Liberty at sunset (which we took her advice and it was incredible). My daughter wouldn't stop talking about how sweet she thought this woman was - she said "I think that's the nicest lady in New York" It really means a lot to me she made my daughters birthday extra special, we wanted to find her to tell her thank you as we were checking out but couldn't find her, so girl if you see this, THANK YOU SO MUCH!"
