"We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. It was excellent. Very clean, with a starter pack of consumables. The unit was on the ground floor, this was outstanding as our groups average age was 70+. Reception was staffed by a lovely, thoughtful lady. The room had everything imaginable for a travelling party. The extent of inclusions available to us made this the best unit we have used."

"Unique decor, lovely space. Excellent location, wakable to many attractions. The staff I interacted with Esa and Jimmy always went above and beyond with their service. Made us feel at home and well cared for. Only downside was the noise from the street at night. Not anything the hotel can affect as it is a street of restos and bars. Regardless I would stay there again and highly recommend."

"Had the best stay at The Reef Retreat. My apartment was perfect. I'd have breakfast there that I cooked myself before exploring Palm Cove and the local attractions. Jim at reception would book anything you'd like to including transport. After exploring Palm Cove, Cairns the reef or where you went. You come home to relax before treating your self to the local restaurants. Having such prime location is amazing. After a long I'd go for a dip in the heated pool and hot tub spa. Amazing atmosphere. My favourite place, I'll be back. "
