"The Oriental Residency is a good hotel to consider when visiting Mumbai. The rooms are comfortable with aircon, wifi, and flat screen TV. "My father had a wonderful stay at this place. This Hotel conveniently located right next to a bus terminal and close to Bandra railway station as well. "This is 3 star hotel so fell right within our expectations. Nothing flash but quite satisfactory. We were having dental work at Dentzz just a few minutes walk around the corner so brilliant location for that. Staff were friendly and conscientious. "I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall."
