The room was very hot as the air-conditioning wasn’t working properly, they did provide us with 2 fans to cool the room. We ended up sleeping with the sliding door open all night. They should have told us this when checking in.

Staff were so nice- especially Anna! All staff were so accommodating and helped us with whatever we needed. Beautiful place to stay at. Personally wouldn’t recommend over 3 or 4 nights in colder weather as it does get a little hard to figure out plans.

Pathetic signage, staff ignorant of what was being asked of them, directions post event poor, sent to gates that were closed, would not reccommend this venue and a ticketmaster event again, it spoilt the night.
