Cons: If you have accessibility issues, the standard rooms are located at the end of a labyrinth of hallways and stairs- this is just the nature of the building. For the same reason, if you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring ear plugs or blast a sound machine at night- you can hear quite a bit from the hallway and from the exterior.
