I am coeliac so required gluten free options for breakfast. A member of staff showed me what I could have and seemed to understand cross contamination. He made gf toast for me each morning and there was enough choice for cooked breakfast, fruit, yoghurts etc. No cereal but maybe if I’d asked... The outside of the building, seen through bedroom windows, was badly flaking and in need of update. Inside was fine - especially liked the heated bathroom floor.

Do not book this hotel!! It is overpriced, has extremely small rooms and needs a lot of work. The bathroom sink was blocked. The hotel does not have double glazing and on a cold November night there was significant draft coming through the windows and the windows were leaking water too. We booked a compact room for 2 people and were expecting it to be a decent size, but it didn’t even have a double bed! The bed was a little bigger than a single bed. Unfortunately the bed was next to the window so it was wet and cold at night making it extremely uncomfortable. I was so disappointed in the condition of the hotel for the price they charge! I would never rebook this hotel!

Very conveniently located within walking distance from the Heathrow Express train (Paddington station). I was given a tin in the property opposite the main hotel. The lift does not serve every floor, so you may need to carry your luggage down a few steps. The room had all the essential items on good working conditions. However the room was miniscule and would have been unsuitable for a couple, despite having a double bed. Unless you have an IQ of 500 you won't be able to figure out how to switch the lights on as off. Some of the lights had a mind of their own, and why on and off by themselves regardless of what I did you the switches. Something much simpler and more intuitive would have been greatly appreciated. Overall it was a comfortable stay in a convenient location.
