"Staff were very helpful. I forgot his name, but the young man that checked me in was very friendly. The moment I walked he engaged in conversation with me, answered all my questions. He is a great representative of your hotel. I was in town with my 8 year old granddaughter, she said we made the right choice with this hotel. I do not like being charged to park, I see no reason to charge someone extra when I am already staying at your property. Being handicapped, I couldn’t park elsewhere and walk back to the hotel. "

"The room and the people were very nice and friendly. The water in the indoor pool was very cold. The shower pressure wasn’t very strong. "

"Room was clean in the places that mattered (Bed Sheets, Toilet, Sink, Tub Floor) but certain areas were left without TLC. I.E. hair dryer was broken and had mystery gunk stuck to it, as did the shower head, the refrigerator/freezer had mystery gunk/an odor, there was a random hole punched through the bathroom floor tile, mold lining the caulking in the tub, mystery gunk stuck to the rolling desk chair, the same desk chair was busted, and for some reason there was an insane amount of moths in the room (like, at least 5/6 that I could see). Hotel elevator was also a little dirty. Overall, a very average mid-level hotel stay. Staff was very kind and professional."

"The gym was basic but I was able to get a good workout with what they had. Pool and hot tub worked great and staff was great as well. Definitely use this hotel again"
