"Very hard to access 5 keys and padlock Very basic accom noisy fridge dripping taps , leaky shower head saturating the bathroom floor over the curtain ( rail stain = long-standing issue .Mouldy shower curtain nothing supplied no linen and we were charged extra fees for pets then extra for cleaning and extra service fee !!! To add to the problems we found we were locked in and had a hard time getting out—no single key ingress / egress point, needed minimum 2 gate fiddle Suggest refund service...

"Great location and access to beach. However the cleanliness of the house was disappointing. Upon arrival we were offered a refund due to no wi-fi or second shower working. Upon opening up the house it was filled with a foul smell. The house cleaning needs improvement overall."

"Awesome stay. Property surrounded by gums and an easy 30 minute bush walk to beach. The slow combustion fire place was beautiful and the abundant bird life was amazing. 10-15 minute drive to Tilba Tilba for a trip. Also a 10 minute drive to Narooma."

"Awesome house in an amazing location. Very well appointed, clean and the area was enjoyable for the whole family. The agents were also very accommodating. Only hitch was the possums in the roof that were noisy at night."

"Lovely property whose closeness to the Blue Pool was the main drawcard. Comfortable furniture, nicely decorated and supply of kitchen appliances, etc, excellent. Major complaint was that the second bathroom was outside the main house which had to be accessed via the verandah. Other complaint was that we had to supply our own bedlinen and towels. We have not had to do this at other properties."

"Enjoyed our stay at this lovely original home with plenty of beds and storage. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The one suggestion I would make is a dishwasher would be handy but it wasn’t a huge deal not having one."

"This was our second time at Tilba Heights. Beautiful location, lovely house. Full of interesting artifacts, artworks and books- the owners clearly expect to have interesting and interested people come to stay. The 33 (I think it was) steps and the steep drive keep us fit. Gorgeous views. Only 5 mins walk to town."

"Great little cottage ,perfect for our stay for two nights easily could stay longer. The cottage has everything you need. Great breakfast and flowers . We had our beautiful rotti with us who made herself at home straight away. So many birds to watch and listen to. Also really close to everyone Bermagui has to offer. Will come back for sure."

"We had a family cabin and we’re very happy with our stay. Kris was friendly at front desk. Kids had a ball in the pool. They loved it was warm. Would definitely recommend to families and if you’re after somewhere quiet with great facilities, book a cabin here. Kids can entertain themselves. "

"Location was great - 5 min drive into the main sights of narooma. Superstore nearby for bbq food. Stayed in a safari tent and it was spacious clean and had a good sized kitchenette with amenities and lovely private shower/toilet facilities. Walk straight onto handkerchief beach, pool was nice and big and lots of park facilities for bigger kids, although we did not use as we have a baby. Really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer "
