"Nice design, nice rooms but limited lighting in the duplex room (I know design principles quite well and the lighting while mood focused was just poor in the room). Carpets were stained pretty good also. However, staff were nice and helpful, bed very comfortable and a convenient location. From the outside looking in, I would have considered a slightly better interior"

"We chose the location because the transport links and walkable distance to places we needed to visit. However, our room window was toward a noisy street and it was pretty loud all night. It’s very clean and cosy, but the lighting in the rooms is really only suitable if you want to just sleep there, if you need to work a bit there is no adequate lighting and only one power socket by the desk. It’s a perfect hotel for holiday stay, but not perfect so for work trips. "

"The reception tried her best to fulfill my request and was friendly. I forgot to put the sign of do not disturb so the housekeeper did a good job cleaning. I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking. To sum up, a good value for a business traveler who cares about budget."

"The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, gave me a room upgrade and advice about what to see in the city. The mattress in the room had a strange slant to it but still comfortable. The location is fantastic, 5 minutes walk from the train station and another 5 minutes walk to multiple restaurants and the Comedie tram station and center of the city. I would definitely stay here again."
