"What a grand hotel! Amazing place . They are doing extensive renovations and no access to the beach front at all. This place must look amazing when pool is opened. Hope they keep the same elegant feel to it. "

"Holiday Inn Muscat - A Decent Stay with Room for Improvement Our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Muscat was generally pleasant. The hotel offers spacious rooms and bathrooms, which was a definite plus. However, we found the pillows to be excessively soft, even the firmer option. While basic toiletries were available (soap, shampoo, conditioner), we had to specifically request them, which felt a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was average. "Worst hotel ive been in Oman. Toilet doesnt flush. No water in the faucet. Room is old. The reception area is dim and not all lights are opened. When we checked the pool it looks dirty and not appealing as others come there for swimming lessons. The whole hotel looks really old and definitely needs to be renovated all of it. Never coming back there ever again. We paid for 2nights but since it is realy bad we stayed for 1night and left. Terrible terrible terrible!"
