"I had a not good experience. Stayed with a family, wife and 2 kids the room was not very clean. The breakfast was very poor and most of the staff couldn't speak english. We spent 5 nights and no one single day the staff came to clean our room. There was one only bathroom in a two bedrooms apartment. The hot water in the shower was enough only for one to bath. It was one of the most horrible experience for our family. I really don't recommend this hotel for a family. "

"Front desk staff was very helpful, and dealt with them a number of times. The small fridge in the room made funny sounds (took me a couple of days to figure out it was the fridge). Staff was helpful in organizing a dolphin watching trip. Did not eat at the hotel, breakfast was very expensive. Didn't see a lot of facilities. I could definitely see coming back again."
