"We have very enjoyed our stay at the Urban Loft. Close to train station. Staff really friendly and super helpful. We were able to do early check in and leave bags during last day. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. The room wasn’t huge but fine for us. The room isn’t cleaned as standard during a two night stay and we were made aware of this on check in but told we could request clean towels if wanted. Would stay again."

"The room was great with a large king-sized bed. The breakfast was superb with ample choices. The staff was very friendly. The gym and sauna were a nice bonus as was the free drink for each day you decide to cancel room cleaning."
"I arrived at the hotel on a last minute reservation as I had changed hotels. I was given a tiny room that was on the top floor and only had a balcony door to open for air, no window. I was really ok with the size but it bothered me that the balcony also communicated with 4 other rooms meaning if I wanted to leave the door open for some air (no AC) then anyone in the connecting rooms could come in my room from the balcony. Once I mentionned my concern to Samir, the agent at the front desk, he promptly changed my room with one that has a normal window and on a less higher floor, so less warm. The room was great and really confortable.
