short time in Myrtle Beach
The condo was very comfortable and convenient to activities. A nice walking path close by for exercise without all the noisiness and business of the roads closer to the beach. Very clean pet friendly location. Would stay there again if we ever return

Nice Stay
I had a 4 night stay while my son was playing in a college baseball tournament. The place was clean and neat, and looked just like the photos in the listing. It was comfortable and perfectly suited for my needs. The check-in and communication with the property contact was smooth, easy and responsive. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone else.

Very nice condo. Close to everything. Bedding was nice and comfortable . Did not use pool but it is rights next to condo. Would definitely stay again at the condo if we visit MB again.

This Beautiful Place
Thank you Nick for the attention and service, I recommend this beautiful place. It is very clean, spacious, quiet and very comfortable for everything. Everything is close by. The best thing I could have was a good vacation where I could take my dogs. I recommend it. I would give it ten stars if I could.

Nice clean and quiet
Check in was easy. Clean and cozy. As with most vacation rentals the community rules are not allways give to the hosts company I expected that so no issues. I would suggest calli g ahead to find out parking rules. This place dis not allow motorcycles.

Center of Everything
The unit matched the description, and our stay was enjoyable. Needs a little TLC since this unit is dated. Appliances in the kitchen are older. Master bedroom bed is comfortable , but 2nd BR beds are not. It would be nice to provide instructions on how to use BR TV's. It wasn't intuitive. Owner was extremely responsive, and was great to work with.

Great place for my family!
We opted not to be oceanfront this year and this place was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable and convenient! In my 50 years on this Earth and when spending my hard-earned money, I have become a hotel snob! It had everything we needed. I WOULD RENT THIS UNIT AGAIN! Loved the large couch, the washer/dryer combo, and all the TVs. Very close to one of the community pools. There were only a couple of things that would have made this off the charts. I had never used that type of digital lock to get in, so directions on how to use it correctly and not just the code would have been great. Also, if people are damging this wonderful unit they need to be honest and tell the host. One of kitchen drawers was broken and I am sure no one told because they dd not want to be charged and someone had cracked the wall in the shower in the master bath. Not a big crack but still needs to be addressed. I did not see an ironing board but we made it work for our stay. We reported that the guest toilet was refilling slow. All things that did not really affect our stay but I want the host to know so they can keep their unit pristine. So people if you make an oopsie, let them know. The host answered all texts and returned the call to help me figure out how to enter. Someone said the guest beds were not comfortable but my boys had no complainants. I had brought my own firestick and I am glad I did because I had no clue how to work the Vizio Vcast for the TV's to get cable. LOL! There were extra blankets/comforters which was nice. All the applianaces worked in the kitchen, fridge was clean and cold and gave ice fairly quickly. Lots of seating at kitchen bar and the table could seat 6. Air worked great; water was hot when needed. The internet was great. I work remotely and needed WIFI for emails. If it ever says that it is out just check the power connections. The router/modem plug got lose when we moved the power strip. Easy fix! We really enjoyed our stay and have this marked unit as a possibility for future visits. Thanks so much for being a great host and for being responsive. GREAT UNIT!
