"We recently stayed at the Village Hotel and had a great experience overall. The food was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the spa and pool facilities. Our room was lovely and clean, however, we did face an issue with the heat; without air conditioning, the room became quite unbearable. Although there was a fan available, it was very loud, which disrupted our sleep. Despite this, we would definitely stay again, as the location was perfect for attending the cricket at Headingley."

"Room service forgot to give us a towel for my daughter. We love the fact that there was Starbucks downstairs. Maybe gym and pool should be included and not as an extra. Just a thought. "
