"It may have been a little too small for our family of 4(maybe for a couple or family of 3 would still be doable), but it was very tight for us but we made it happen! Especially with 2 teenagers, we were breathing in each other's necks! Overall, staff was very helpful and accommodating. Tanaka-san helped us with everything we needed and beyond(luggage transfers) We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again in the future!"

"温泉の中心部から少し離れていますが、湯畑の喧騒から離れて落ち着いて過ごせました。料理がポイントの宿で夕食は一斉となります。オーナーがソムリエでワインの種類は充実しています。一緒に泊まった妻がアルコールが駄目なので私もノンアルコールにしたのでご主人は少し残念そうでした。ノンアルコールのワインとかがあったら気分だけでも楽しめたかもしれません。施設は古くなっていますが、手入れは行き届いており、ベッドも快適でした。24時間の温泉があり、宿の中で何度も温泉を楽しめました。また行きたいところ思います。 "

"草津温泉の中にあって、リーズナブルな価格、花と植物できれいに飾られた食堂、別荘地ならではの、静かな環境が評価できる点。温泉も綿の湯を引いているということで、刺激が少なく優しい泉質である。トイレが外にある。"

"朝食のパンはとっても美味しかったのですがシンプルなクロワッサンとかも欲しかった。トリプルルームにはもう一つタオル掛けが欲しかったです。3人でひとつだったので使ったタオル干すのに少し困りました。お掃除はとてもよく行き届いていてとても気持ちよく過ごせました。"

"旅行前からいろいろな質問に対してとても親切に対応頂きました。実際に宿泊した際も自由な子供たちに温かく接してくださりありがたかったです。夕飯・朝食ともお願いしましたが大変おいしくて満足の量で、子供たちの分は取り分けでお願いしてたので足りなくなるかな？と思いましたが余裕で、大人も満腹でした。また軽井沢へ行くときはまたお邪魔したいと思います。"

"They were able to accommodate a last minute booking. Rooms were large for Japanese standard and the free breakfast was better than some we've paid for (eggs, ham, curry, soup, drinks). Would stay here again."

"Requested a toddler bed as advertised as free when I booked the room. It wasn’t provided and when I asked for it I was told that it would be an additional ¥8990. Pool advertised is also a hefty additional charge"
