"Great location and hotel facilities! The area is safe and Namba station is a 10 min walk. Namba Parks mall is right next door along with a Lawson for those early morning/late night snacks. Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori are also super close (approx 15-20 min walk) which made our time there that much more fun. The hotel itself is super clean and well-maintained. I reserved a hollywood twin room for 3 people and each of us had our own bed (3 beds lined up next to each other). The room included a separate toilet area, 2 sinks and a shower/tub space. The room also had a washing machine, microwave and fridge, which meant we could do our laundry after a day out without having to use the communal washing machines downstairs (that in itself is a great thing that they have those). The staff was polite and efficient, and they also have a luggage storage facility. They helped arrange cabs to Kansai airport as we had some extra suitcases which would have been hard to wheel to the train station but if you can manage it, you can most definitely roll your luggage to Namba station as the path is really well done. If I am ever back in Osaka, I will most certainly stay there again. "
"The hotel rooms are so nice, the view from the higher floors is stunning, it’s a little out of the way but I would still say walkable or a short cab. I do wish their gym facility offered more options but overall amazing hotel friendly staff, clean rooms and lobby."
"Stayed three nights during World Expo. Breakfast was spectacular, huge assortment of hot and cold foot items, breads, soups, meats, seafood, salads, fruits, I can’t even name them all. Great for if you want to try new foods as well. The drink options were even spectacular, with more than basic water and coffee/tea. There were some free perks after certain times, I think I tried a cold noodle dish after a certain time and it wasn’t bad.
The room was clean, bed comfortable, there was a foot massager, no onsen, but nice shower. "
"Great location near the subway/ train stations, most of the purchase spot and attractions. The 2pm~10pm free pancake & drink put this hotel up an level especially for family trip. Kids really love it, also great in summer to have a rest in the middle of the day."
"Good location & nice environment. Would be great if coin laundry is available & room clean-up be more thoughtful, like not repeatedly giving us more & more toiletries that we did not use. Having said, overall speaking it’s still very good. "
